Daniel P. Muklewicz
Dan Muklewicz is an associate attorney with Green, Silverstein & Groff. Dan represents clients in a wide array of real matters, which entails quiet title actions, zoning appeals before the Zoning Board of Adjustments, condominium association collection and disputes, real estate sales transactions, mortgage foreclosure, partition actions and landlord-tenant matters. Dan also represents clients in estate planning and administration and family law matters.
Dan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Dan is also a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, where he participates in the Real Property Law and Probate & Trust Section.
Dan received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law. While he attended law school, Dan was an active member of the St. Thomas More Society. As a law student, Dan participated in the criminal defense clinic as a student practitioner. In 2009, Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Temple University.
