
Joshua D. Groff
Josh represents companies and governmental agencies that have been sued for negligence and civil rights violations. He also represents individual clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey who have been injured at the workplace, in automobile accidents, and due to poor property maintenance. Aggressively litigating to recover damages for injured persons while also understanding the duties owed to individuals allows Josh to provide sound advice to his clients while also fashioning effective, credible positions to adversaries and the Court. Josh’s practice also includes general commercial litigation for both small and large businesses. He has nearly 20 years of experience representing purchasers of structured settlements throughout the region.
Josh has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. He has been a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars since 2000. Josh has trial experience in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, and has handled matters in the federal courts as well. Josh also has substantial arbitration experience and sits as an arbitrator in the Arbitration Program for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas.

Josh is a 1997 cum laude graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and completed its Honors and Scholars program. In 2000 he graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Law. At law school, Josh had distinguished class honors, completed Temple's nationally renowned trial advocacy program and was published in Temple's International and Comparative Law Journal.
Josh lives in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his wife Sandi and their two children. Josh and his family are actively involved in several local community and charitable organizations.
